RTC was incorporated in the state of Connecticut in 1985 and is able to offer service, products and support for security systems because of a unique mixture of personnel with over 25 years of experience in system design, software design, hardware design, maintenance and system upgrades. RTC designs both hardware and software enabling us to do system upgrades, retrofits and new systems.

RTC's products are designed using the latest technology to increase system performance, reliability and flexibility while reducing power requirements, installation time and the number of components required to perform specified functions. A substantial cost savings can be realized when existing wiring is used for upgrade or retrofit applications. The capability of our products to maintain all access information at the door level allows immediate response to all access requests.

RTC has saved the nuclear industry millions of dollars by incorporating hand geometry and new card readers into existing security systems without the need to make any modifications to system software or field wiring. RTC has also incorporated time and attendance into present systems. Plant personnel can now verify employee's time cards and contractors' billing to their actual time on site.
