RTC manufactures, repairs and tests most system components originally manufactured  by Computrol, Johnson Controls and Arvin Diamond. We make every effort to locate parts that are unavailable through normal channels. OEM system hardware, including master and remote multiplexers, are used at RTC to repair and test system components to meet the original manufacturer's specifications.

RTC Associates can provide replacement boards identical to those now being used. RTC has developed hardware that will functionally replace obsolete hardware requiring little or no field wiring modifications or software changes.

RTC also provides onsite system training, test and evaluation of systems and any type of emergency service that may be needed.
