RTC manufactures direct replacement card readers and alarm (transponder) boards for the Pyrotronics / Sentracon System. The card readers allow you to utilize new card technology in your system without making any wiring or software changes.  We can also interface biometric identification units into your system!

The GPI-PSR series card readers are direct replacements for Pyrotronics/Sentracon card readers. They were designed to fit into the original mounting enclosures and operate over the same field wiring without any software changes to the system. The GPI-PSR series card readers allow the customer to incorporate new technology (hand geometry etc.) and reliable hardware into their system without the cost of replacing the entire system. Both small and large faceplate readers can be directly replaced with all types of reader technology.


 
GPI-PSR series card readers will directly replace  Pyrotronics / Sentracon readers. No wiring or software changes are necessary.

Large faceplate reader integrated with a magstripe card reader and provides the added security of a PIN number.
Small Faceplate card reader integrated with a weigand style card reader
